30 days in jail and $1500 in fines l Driver must complete 360 days 24/7 Program I Drivers license will be revoked for 365 days or if refusal to take alcohol testing , the suspension will be 2 years
Penalties For Third DUI In North Dakota
120-360 days in jail l $2000-$3000 in fines l 360 days probation l Driver must complete 360 days in the 24/7 Program l Drivers license will be revoked for 2 years unless the blood alcohol concentration is .18% or more, the suspension will be 3 years
