Class A Misdemeanor
Possession of marijuana paraphernalia, failure to report or control a dangerous fire, or ingesting a controlled substance
Maximum Penalty:  365 Days of imprisonment, $3000 fine or both 


Class B Misdemeanor
Disorderly conduct, Prostitution
Maximum Penalty:  30 days of imprisonment, a $1500 fine or both


Infraction
Selling controlled substance to minors
Maximum Penalty:  Fine of $1000 unless previously convicted of an infraction in the previous year.
