Bradley Scott Rose

North Dakota’s Experienced Criminal & Federal Lawyer

Providing Hope To Others

Scott Rose is a seasoned criminal defense attorney. His journey began in the wake of the September 11th attacks. It was then that Scott decided to join the Marine Corps' and serve his country. Little did he know that it would be the best decision of his life. Scott served in the infantry and deployed to Iraq in support of operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. During his time in the Corp's, Scott learned the value of hard work, dedication, honor, courage, and commitment. More importantly, he learned all about loyalty and service to others. This mentality stuck with Scott even after his exit from the service. It has become his credo.

Scott became a lawyer to provide hope to others, lend a hand during tough times and more importantly, have peoples backs. He believes that everyone at some point in their life faces challenges or struggles. It is his hope that he can in some way provide hope and a service that helps people see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Scott is a trial lawyer, he brings passion to all of his cases and puts a substantial amount of work into each to ensure that his clients are represented. Some of his trial experiences include Homicide Cases, Drug Conspiracies, Assaults, Rape, White Collar Crimes, and Domestic Violence.

Scott is a graduate of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College. He traveled to Dubois Wyoming in July of 2018 and spent roughly four weeks learning from some of the best trial lawyers in the country including Gerry Spence. In addition to the trial lawyers college, Scott has worked as a public defender in the past for both the State and the Federal Government. This experience is what has shaped him into the lawyer he is today. Experienced, knowledgeable, and aggressive.

Scott attended law school in Lansing Michigan. Prior to law school Scott played soccer and lacrosse at universities in both North Carolina and Utah. He is an avid outdoorsman who loves to hike, camp, climb and fish.
